About the role

A fantastic opportunity for a driven Associate or Senior Associate to take their career to the next level. You will be working on a large variety of high value project, corporate and property finance matters including secured, unsecured, syndicated, both nationally and internationally, for financiers and borrowers across the mining, energy, power, renewables and finance sectors. 

About you:

• Associate/Senior Associate (3+ PQE) with experience in project, corporate and/or property finance gained within a law firm or in-house;
• Relevant legal qualification/admission with strong academic results;
• Strong communication, drafting, relationship-building and problem-solving skills;
• The ability to thrive in fast paced dynamic work environment/resilient.
