About the role

This exciting position will have you responsible for providing administrative support to our client’s busy Dispute Resolution team, with ongoing training and development. An opportunity for a detail orientated individual to thrive in a dynamic, prestigious environment, managing paralegals and delegating work to them. You will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless operations and ultimately contributing to the success of the team.

About you:

• Proven experience as a legal assistant or executive assistance in a litigation practice
• Strong organizational and word processing skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, and ideally Worldoxs and/or Open Practice.
• Professionalism, integrity, and the ability to handle confidential matters.
