Energy & Natural Resources Associate/Senior Associate

The Firm

Our client is a prestigious, mid-tier firm with a history of excellence and international reach. They are the trusted legal advisors to a range of prominent Australian and oversees clients, providing top advice and innovative solutions in their key areas of expertise.

Duties

Working within a market leading team, you will be working on key national & international projects and transactions relating to all aspects of Energy & Resources such as, energy transmission, hydro, wind and solar.

The role will also require you to advise clients on complex joint ventures, project development and mergers & acquisitions in the gas, mining, and oil industries.

About You

• Mid-senior lawyer (3+ PQE), with experience in renewables, oil and gas or corporate law ; with
• A relevant Law Degree or Juris Doctor, coupled with great academics;
• A team player, who is also capable of working autonomously;
• The ability to build and maintain meaningful relationship with your clients; and
• Able to manage your time effectively and meet demanding deadlines.
