The Firm

Our client is a high performing, down to earth boutique firm. Due to growth, they are now on the lookout for an estate litigator to join their highly respected team and be an integral part of the team’s success.

Duties

In this role, you will work extensively on all Estate Litigation related matters, such as, contested estate, trust disputes, guardianship disputes, capacity disputes and family provision claims.

About You

• Senior lawyer, with 7+ years’ or relevant experience;
• A relevant Law Degree or Juris Doctor, coupled with strong academics;
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills; and
• Able to confidently liaise with clients, and build/maintain a relationship.
