Duties

Working with an experienced partner, you will be advising high-profile clients on complex and important front-end banking and finance matters. Some of the work will include fund work, corporate finance, asset finance and property and construction finance.

About You

• A mid-senior lawyer (1+ PQE) with Banking & Finance experience;
• relevant Law Degree or Juris Doctor, coupled with strong academics;
• excellent communication and clientele skills;
• ability to provide technically sound legal advice; and
• have a strong work ethic, being able to work on matters independently.
