Duties

Working closely with experience partners and senior lawyers, you will be providing advice to clients on complex Banking & Finance matters such as debt finance & restructuring, funds and equity raisings.

About You

• Mid-Senior level Lawyer (2 PQE+) coming from a reputable firm; with
• relevant experience banking transactions;
• Law Degree of Juris Doctor; coupled with excellent academics;
• proactive and able to work autonomously; and
• able to confidently liaise and build relationship with clients.
