About the company

About the role

Working closely with the partners and with a team of junior lawyers to assist, you will be drafting, negotiating and advising on a variety of commercial transactions, across a range of industries.

About you

• Senior lawyer with demonstrated experience of at least 5 years PQE working on private and/or public M&A transactions;
• A relevant Law Degree; coupled with strong academics;
• The ability to mentor junior lawyers;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to liaise with clients and diverse stakeholder audiences;
• Good analytical skills and big picture/lateral thinking ability.
