About the firm

National law firm specializing in a broad range of legal services such as personal injury, wills and estates, property law and general litigation.  The firm was established in 1952 and has offices across Australia which continue to thrive and grow. 

Duties

  • End-to-end recruitment – professional and support;
  • Annual performance reviews and performance management of NSW staff;
  • Advising Partners on all HR related matters;
  • Identifying training needs where appropriate;
  • Compliance with WHS and OH&S requirements. 

About you:

  • At least 3 years’ experience in Human Resources as an Advisor or Manager (experience from a professional services background will be considered, but legal experience ideal);
  • Excellent delegation, communication, and interpersonal skills;
  • The ability to work autonomously in a busy role.
