About the Company

Our clients are specialist in immigration law with a huge presence in Brisbane. They are currently looking to expand and have a Sydney office by June 2023. The right candidate will initially be working remotely or be flown to Brisbane for 3-6 months to get a better understanding of the team, culture and systems, all expenses paid.

Duties

You will be working on a minimum of 40 case files on immigration and visa subclasses, such as employer visas, family visas, visa matters, etc. You will also be required to appear at the Administrative Appeals Tribunal for any visa appeals.

About You

• A mid-senior lawyer (2.5 + PQE) or a senior lawyer (5+ PQE); with
• With a relevant Law Degree or Juris Doctor; coupled with strong academics;
• Excellent communication skills and clientele service;
• The ability to work independently and within a cohesive team; and
• The ability to work in a busy environment and meet tight deadlines.
