About the company

About the role

Working closely with the partners and with a team of junior lawyers to assist, you will be drafting, negotiating and advising on a variety of commercial transactions, across a range of industries.

About you

• Senior lawyer (5+ PQE);
• A relevant Law Degree; coupled with strong academics;
• The ability to mentor junior lawyers;
• Exceptional communication skills & meticulous attention to detail; and
• Demonstrated knowledge of the Corporations Act, ASX Listing Rules and Foreign Acquisitions and Takeovers Act issues.
