About The role

Working alongside experienced Senior Lawyers, you will be working closely with clients, advising them on corporate & commercial matters, such as mergers and acquisitions, information technology, intellectual property and corporate governance.

About You

• Mid-senior Lawyer with 3+ PQE, with
• Proven experience across the different areas of corporate and commercial law;
• Experience working in the not-for-profit sector (not a requirement but advantageous)
• Be confident & enjoy working with clients, and
• Be a team player, as well as be able to work competently individually.
