About the role

Working with industry-leading Partners, you will be responsible for handling your own carriage of files, working on insurance matters, with a focus on property and construction. Some of the matters will include, first-party insurance/indemnity disputes, property damage defence claims, property recoveries and any other general insurance matters.

About you:

• Senior level insurance Lawyer (5+ PQE); with
• Relevant Australian Legal Qualification/Admission and solid Academics
• Meticulous attention to detail & excellent technical, drafting and communication skills;
• Experience, ability and willingness to mentor/supervise junior lawyers; and
• The ability to manage your time and priorities effectively.
