Duties

Collaborating with an award-winning Partner with over 20 years of experience, you’ll be working on a range of Banking & Finance matters, with a focus on project finance experience, acquisition finance, property and M&A financing, and project finance experience.

About You

• Senior Lawyer (5+ PQE); with
• A relevant Law Degree or Juris Doctor, coupled with strong academics;
• Experience with working on high-end transactions;
• Excellent technical and communication skills; and
• The ability to autonomously take on carriage of matters with minimal supervision.
