Duties
Working in a large team and under reputed partners, you will be providing advice to and representing publicly listed and private companies, high net worth individuals, small to medium sized enterprises, and accounting firms on a range of federal and state taxation law matters, such as income tax, capital gains tax, land tax, duties, GST etc. You will also be assisting on a variety of commercial transactions including corporate structuring, business succession and shareholder & joint venture agreements.
