About the firm

Our client is a high-end boutique firm in the heart of Sydney CBD. They provide a range of services from corporate, commercial, to energy and property, etc. They pride themselves on listening to the needs of clients and providing timely advice.

Duties

In the role you will be involved in a range of complex and interesting Corporate matters, such as corporate governance, private mergers & acquisitions and capital raisings.

About you:

• Mid-level lawyer (2-5 PQE); with
• A relevant Law Degree or Juris Doctor; coupled with solid academics;
• Excellent communication & drafting skills;
• Confident in front of clients, and be able to build a meaningful relationship and
• Ability to manage time effectively, prioritise tasks and meet tight deadlines.
