Duties

You will be working on range of corporate matters for premier clients including M&A, restructuring, and corporate governance.

About You

• Mid-senior lawyer, (4+ PQE); with
• A relevant Law Degree or Juris Doctor, coupled with strong academics;
• Excellent communication and meticulous attention to detail; and
• The ability to manage various caseloads and meet demanding deadlines.
