About the firm

Our client is a highly respected and well-known real estate agency who has an excellent reputation and is admired by their local community for being professional and innovative.

About the role

As an In-House Legal Counsel, you will be working with executives across the business and will be dealing with a variety of projects relating to both Residential Sales and leasing. You will also be responsible for drafting and reviewing agreements and contracts specifically Contracts of Sale and Agency Agreements.

About you:

In-House Legal Counsel (6+ PQE) with Litigation skills; and
Prior experience as a Corporate Lawyer (ideal)
A Bachelor of Law’s Degree and strong academics
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proactive, driven and a team player.
