About the role
You will assist and provide a variety of organisations with corporate and commercial legal advice to solve complex matters such as private M&A, solvent restructures, general Corporation Act advice, general commercial, private capital raising, financial services (fund establishment) Chapter 7 (AFSL), private equity and venture capital. You will be granted the opportunity to demonstrate your leadership skills, swiftly understand changes within the legal market, whilst maintaining strong relationships both with clients and colleagues in a multidisciplinary environment.
