Duties

Working directly with the Director, you will be advising clients on the legal ramifications and impacts of insolvency. Some of the work you will be involved in are insolvent trading claim, bankruptcy notices, recovery actions on behalf of liquidators and trustees and agreements for the sale of an insolvent entities assets and property, etc.

About You

• Mid to senior-level lawyer (3-5 years’ PQE); with
• A relevant Law Degree or Juris Doctor, coupled with strong academics;
• Excellent communication skills;
• The ability to work autonomously, as well as in a team; and
• Knowledge of the Personal Properties Securities Act 2009 and retention of title disputes.
