Duties

Working with experienced partners and within an experienced team, you will be advising high-profile financers and major bank clients on banking and finance matters, such as debt recovery, insolvency, and corporate lending, with some dispute resolution.

About You

• Banking and Finance Lawyer (2+ years’ PQE); with
• A relevant Law Degree or Juris Doctor, coupled with strong academics;
• Relevant experience in advisory work, loan facilities/securities, with some dispute resolution; and
• The ability to work within an efficient, high-performing team.
