You will be involved in:

• Liaising with clients and resolving their unique queries;
• A range of interesting and complex corporate & commercial matters; such as
• Contracting, intellectual property & mergers & acquisitions

You will have/be a:

• Senior Lawyer (6+ PQE), who is
• Commercially minded & has excellent drafting skills; with
• Exposure to corporate transactions, governance and regulatory as well as general commercial matters; and
• The passion for mentoring junior legal practitioners.
