The Firm

Our client is seeking a Personal Injuries Specialist with a minimum of 4 PAE to join its dynamic Health team in Brisbane. This firm has consistently seen growth over the past few years and is known for its client-centred approach.

You will be involved in:

• A mix of traditional personal injury practice work in the regulatory;
•  and disciplinary space within the health law sector and;
• Advisory in relation to and acting for health professionals in prosecutions, and disciplinary proceedings, coronial inquests, Commissions of Inquiry and regulatory proceedings.

You will have/be a:

• Relevant experience in personal injury law;
• Knowledge of the medical regulatory environment and related administrative law;
• Great organizational and time management skills.
