Duties

Working with two experienced Partners, you’ll be working on a range of corporate & commercial matters, such as mergers and acquisitions, general commercial transactions, corporate governance and strategic business advice for range of clients in various industries.

About You

• Mid-Level Lawyer, with 3-5 years+ of relevant experience
• A relevant law degree
• Excellent communication skills
• The ability to autonomously manage your own carriage of files and meet deadlines.
