You will be involved in:

• The investigation and quantum management of complex commercial litigation, class actions and high-level insolvency and liquidation matters; as well as
• Playing a significant role in the development of the Claims Funding Australia advisory team.

You will be a:

• Senior Litigator with at least 7+ years PQE; and relevant insolvency experience
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills to manage relationships internally and externally; and
• A high level of organization to balance a diverse workload.
