The Firm

Our client is a highly regarded boutique practice situated in the heart of Sydney’s CBD. Due to extensive growth, they are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to assist the Senior Managers and Partner where you will be the focal point of legal support and operations as required.


You will be involved in:

  • A range of HR matters regarding the employment and management of all staff, including
  • Overseeing the recruitment of all legal and support roles, conducting interviews, drafting contracts, onboarding new employees, implementing workplace policies, manage employee milestone processes and assist with firm events; as well as
  • Other general HR assistance and administrative tasks when required.


You will be a:

  • An experienced HR manager with at least 5 years’ experience in a law firm; having
  • tertiary qualifications in Human Resources Management; and
  • up to date knowledge of all relevant legal, IR, award and regulatory & company WHS compliance requirements; as well as
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
