You will be involved in:

• A range of corporate & commercial matters including but not limited to corporate structuring, corporate governance and directors’ duties;
• Predominately advising a range of organisations, including charities, universities, religious organisations, community groups and aged care facilities within the not-for-profit space.
• Building and maintaining long term client relationships.

You will be/have:

• A corporate / commercial lawyer with a minimum of 5+ PQE (not-for-profit experience highly regarded);
• A genuine interest in not-for-profit / charities work;  
• Excellent written, verbal communication and drafting skills;
• Ability to mentor juniors and engage in business development.
