The Firm
Our client is a globally recognised service provider located in Sydney. They are currently seeking an enthusiastic Lawyer to join their team.
You will be involved in:
- Providing advice on a range of commercial law matters within a healthcare context.
- Undertaking a review of current contractual arrangements and developing precedents in accordance with changes in legislation.
- Assisting with the development of policies to support clinical activities.
You will be a:
- Senior level health governance lawyer with a minimum of 5 years PQE; with
- Relevant practice experience in commercial/ regulatory health law; and
- Exceptional drafting, research, written and verbal communication skills.
