You will be involved in:

• A wide range of complex and engaging private corporate matters; such as
• Managing transactions;
• Mentor junior lawyers; and
• Providing advice and drafting documents on joint ventures and mergers & acquisition.

You will have/be a:

• Senior Lawyer (6-7 years PQE); with
• Strong drafting skills & excellent academics;
• The ability to run an M&A transaction from commencement through to completion; and
• The ability to build credibility and trust quickly with your strong executive presence.
