About the firm

About the role

You will be involved in acting for banks, finance companies, insurers, property investors and developers, SMEs, institutional investors, and superannuation and development funds on all forms of finance transactions, including project finance, syndicated loans, mezzanine funding, private equity deals involving debt to equity conversions and profit participation.

About you:

• At least an Associate level lawyer (4+ PQE) with a strong transactional background;
• Experience in banking and finance – construction finance experience will be very highly regarded;
• Education: Relevant Australian Legal Qualification/Admission is required
• Strong drafting and analytical skills and the ability to manage a busy caseload autonomously and work well within a team.
