The Firm

This opportunity will allow an experienced Senior Associate to step into a Special Counsel position, working with an award-winning Principal.

You will be involved in:

• A range of Front and Back End construction matters including but not limited to:
• Drafting and negotiating construction contracts and preparing tenders;
• Large-scale arbitration and litigation;
• Business development, mentoring juniors and creating precedents.

You will be/have:

• A Senior Associate or Special Counsel with a minimum of 8 years’ PQE;
• A strong background in FE and/or BE construction law;  
• A knowledge of relevant legislation across Australia;
• Excellent drafting, communication and relationship building skills.
