The Firm

You will be involved in:

  • All aspects of local government, planning and environmental law including but not limited to:
  • Sig­nif­i­cant envi­ron­ment and plan­ning lit­i­ga­tion cas­es includ­ing envi­ron­men­tal pros­e­cu­tions, plan­ning appeals and project chal­lenges relat­ing to con­tro­ver­sial devel­op­ments involv­ing retail, com­mer­cial and res­i­den­tial projects and licensed premis­es;
  • Advice to devel­op­er clients at all stages of the project lifecycle (includ­ing devel­op­ment and project appli­ca­tions, envi­ron­men­tal assess­ment, devel­op­er and plan­ning agree­ments and approvals).

You will be/have:

  • An Associate/Senior Associate (ideally 2-6 PAE);
  • Relevant Planning and Environment experience (both litigation and advisory); and 
  • Excellent communication and critical thinking skills together with a proactive approach and positive attitude.
