The Firm

This well-regarded insurance firm located in Sydney CBD, provides a great opportunity for an individual seeking a challenging and unique role. With an interesting array of clients and matters, no two days will be the same when you join this friendly, close-knit team.

 

You will be involved in:

  • answering and transferring calls;
  • data entry;
  • ensuring tidiness and maintenance of the reception area;
  • diary and email management;
  • greeting clients;
  • client liaison;
  • manage office facilities including stationary; and
  • general administrative duties.

You will be/have:

  • relevant corporate reception experience (minimum of 2-years);
  • strong customer service skills;
  • well-presented and possess strong written and verbal communication skills;
  • able to handle a high-volume switchboard; and
  • a welcoming and friendly attitude.
