You will be involved in:

a range of IT/procurement transactions;
leading the commercial practice and mentoring junior lawyers;
advising major corporate clients and government departments on a range of commercial matters.

You will be a:

Special Counsel/Principal Lawyer/Partner with a minimum of 10 years’ PQE gained from a reputable firm; with
A strong background in ICT and Procurement law;
Commercially minded individual; with
Experience leading/managing a practice.
