You will be involved in:

• Complex employment law transactions
• Mix of advisory and litigation matters

You will have/be a:

• Mid to senior-level lawyer (5+ PQE) coming from a reputable firm;
• coming from a highly ranked Employment team; with
• relevant experience in the interpretation of award and enterprise agreements, applying the right industrial instrument, checking employee classifications and entitlements and remediating any discrepancies for the employer under AU legislation;
• ability to lead and mentor juniors; and
• excellent academics.
