The Firm

This top-quality global firm is looking for a Finance Associate to join their leading DCM team, who are recognised award-winning and leaders in this space in national and international markets.  This is an exciting, varied and career changing role working with specialist partners. 

You will be involved in:

  • Debt Capital Markets;
  • Structured Finance;
  • Securitisation;
  • Some general Banking & Finance. 

You will be/have:

  • A 2-4 years’ PQE Lawyer with a background in DCM, Structured Finance and/or Securitisation in a top-tier environment (in-house lawyers are encouraged to apply also);
  • Strong work ethic with excellent drafting and communication skills;
  • Strong academics and committed.
