You will be involved in:

• Liaising with clients;
• Reporting monthly billing;
• Managing files, diaries and travel schedules; and
• Preparing briefs and drafting correspondence.

You will have/be a:

• Personal Assistant with previous legal experience;
• Strong communication skills;
• The ability to quickly build rapport; and
• Experience in using file management and billing softwares.
