    Our client is a non-traditional law firm and a nationally recognized market leader. With an impressive client base ranging across several industries, the firm is dedicated to providing exceptional service.

    An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Lawyer to join the practice to assist in leading its thriving Workplace Relations group as a Principal. This role will primarily see you providing workplace relations consulting and advisory services to clients, and workplace legal services to a diverse clientele. You will also be involved in the development and delivery of WR training, seminars and events.

    To be successful in this role, you will be a confident senior lawyer with a minimum 8 years PQE focused in Employment/Workplace Relations and possess strong working knowledge of WR legislative framework, including employment law, industrial relations and EEO. Excellent interpersonal, written and communication skills are essential, as are solid drafting skills and attention to detail. You will demonstrate effective leaderships skills, advocacy and negotiation skills, and be a self-motivated, autonomous worker. A current driver's license is required for this position, as is relevant experience in the WR or HR space.
