    You will be involved in a:

    • Advising clients, both in Australia and oversees, on a range of E&P issues relating to major projects, including compulsory land acquisitions, planning and property-related/infrastructure development work, and climate change, sustainability and water law matters etc.;
    • Appearances before the appeal tribunals and various courts;
    • Becoming an integral part of a collaborative and high-performing team.

    You will be an:

    • Associate or Senior Associate with 3+ years' PAE and a strong background in environment and planning law, coming from a top tier/international firm or reputable boutique;
    • Have proven experience in planning and property-related/infrastructure work and water law;
    • Strong drafting skills and technical ability;
    • Organised, with proven time management and initiative;
    • Strong communicator and commercially astute, coupled with a client-focused approach;
    • Able to manage a busy caseload autonomously whilst having a keen interest in mentoring and developing junior members of the team.
